Formation & Sorting Cabinet

Formation is an important step in the battery manufacturing process, with the primary purpose of converting the active material in the battery to a substance with normal electrochemical properties through the first charge, particularly to form an effective passivation film on the electrode (mainly the negative electrode).

Sorting cabinet is used to carry out testing and sorting of batteries. Through the equipment management system to get the data of each test point, so as to analyse the size of the capacity of these batteries and internal resistance and other data, to determine the quality grade of lithium batteries.
